Job Responsibilities In this role, you will join the ESG team to perform a variety of functions in support of our corporate wide ESG efforts. The role will have the opportunity to engage with several stakeholder groups including corporate communications, EHS, supply chain, global workplace solutions, and employee volunteers.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide benchmarking research across ESG topics
• Support completion of our Dow Jones Sustainability Index submission
• Research the rating and ranking landscape and map our disclosures across the various frameworks and rating entities
• Conduct data analysis and visualization activities
• Support development of ESG-related communications
Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of or interest in corporate ESG issues • Experience in research and data analysis
• Bring an organizational mindset to complex projects, with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Can self-start and make progress independently when given sufficient preparation
• Excited to work on important projects, which can include quick turnaround times and tight deadlines
• Skilled with Microsoft Office primarily PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams; Sharepoint a plus
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Must be full time university student working toward Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business, Environmental Science, Sustainable Business or related degree
