Facilitate the transfer of property ownership. What You Need to be Qualified: High school diploma or GED preferred. Prior experience as an Escrow Officer. Extensive knowledge of real estate transactions and related regulations. Strong attention to detail & organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
