What you'll do:
Lead the planning and execution of the ERP implementation project, ensuring that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop a detailed project plan, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget estimates.
Coordinate project activities, tasks, and resources to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Manage project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies as needed.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates, solicit feedback, and address concerns.
Monitor project progress and performance and make adjustments to the project plan as necessary.
Ensure compliance with project management best practices, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Facilitate training and change management activities to support ERP system adoption and user acceptance.
Lead post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and future projects.
What we seek in you:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience managing ERP implementation projects.
Deep understanding of ERP systems and their implementation lifecycle.
Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
Knowledge of industry best practices in ERP implementation and change management.
