ERP Architect
Maintain an SAP structure that supports our SAP Roadmap. This would include definition, strategy, and timeline, providing SAP solution governance and providing SAP solution designs all supporting our strategy and roadmap.
What You Will Do:
Solution Governance Ensuring solution design is consistent with EA application roadmaps.
Ensuring solution design accounts for and is consistent with SAP lifecycle management.
Performing validation and sign-off of 3rd Party deliverables (i.e. coding, testing, documentation)
Design Gathering business requirements
Documenting functional / technical definitions for solution definition
Documenting master data requirements for solution definition
Documenting test scenarios for solution validation
Representing solution design in integrated design reviews
Communication Working with Cat partners, GIS peers, and 3rd Party providers
Providing weekly updates regarding status, risk, issues to BU and GIS leadership
Finance Preparing Proposals and RoM's for Business Unit Pull intake projects.
Assist and Validate Proposals and RoM's from Solution Team members.
What You Have: Strong IT experience, along with SAP ERP related experience within the IM/WM and / or material planning modules (can be concurrent)
Digital Manufacturing experience
Leadership experience (supervision or 6 Sigma Black Belt)
Education / Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Top Candidates will also have: Working background in Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Mfg. Quality and Machine Maintenance
Strong customer focus and ability to influence.
Ability to quickly understand technology changes and drive advancement within the organization.
Ability to understand both technology and business domains.
Knowledge of business operations including the technical infrastructure and general business processes.
Experience with finance, procurement, and manufacturing systems.
Additional Info : The primary location for this position is Nashville, TN, Irving, TX, Peoria, IL or Larne, UK
