Job Description We're looking for intermediate-level Operators to join our Site Division. As an equipment operator, you will serve as the lead backfill operator on Pipe Crews and will perform "rough" grades with all machines, including skid steer with bucket, backhoe, front-end loader with bucket, excavator, and bulldozers. You will also load dump trucks with loaders and excavators. Additionally, you will read and interpret survey stakes and perform backfill operations per industry standards. At times you will also perform light clearing and site demolition such as utility demolition, small tree and brush clearing, road, sidewalk and curb demolition

Medical Coverage Supplemental Coverage (dental, vision, life, STD, LTD, accidental) 401k Paid time off Career Advancement Programs Continuing Education Requirements for Equipment Operator (E2): As an Equipment Operator E2 , you must possess basic operation skills for operating machines and appurtenances such as a skid steer with bucket and forks, forklift with loader bucket and forks, backhoe with loader and forks, front-end loader with bucket and forks, compaction equipment, excavator and bulldozer. You must also be OSHA competent in Trenching and able to direct the Entry Level Operator (E1) on proper equipment operation.
Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening test and agree to comply with all company policies including the company's drug-free workplace policy. Must have knowledge of basic hand tools, both manual and electrical. When applicable, may be required to successfully pass a Level 2 background screening. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and able to push/pull up to 75 pounds. Must have excellent communication skills and be able to follow directives.
