Looking for a trouble shooter, team player and self starter that's willing to learn.A Day in the LifeResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.Performs installation, maintenance, and repairs online manufacturing or plant equipment.Locates and diagnoses failures, replaces defective components, and performs basic troubleshooting using standard electronic equipment, detailed drawings, diagrams, sketches, specifications, prints, manuals, and verbal and/or written instructions.Uses a variety of hand, power, and test tools and equipment.May redesign optical, vacuum, electrical, electronic, or mechanical systems for incorporation on existing manufacturing equipment.May estimate labor and equipment costs and prepare requisitions as required.Experience using CMMS to follow, record and collect data for preventative maintenance performed on plant equipment.Working knowledge of Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PP, OneNote)Must Have: Minimum RequirementsMinimum of 2 years of relevant experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experienceNice to HaveKnowledge of hardware/software programming applications for PLC, Microcomputer, and PC based controls.Troubleshoot and repair complex electromechanical and control systems.Read and interpret ladder logic schematics both static and online.Ability to maintain and operate complex electro-mechanical systems within prescribed parameters. Must be able to develop standard procedures to improve safety and remove variation in the system processes.Perform upgrades and projects with minimal supervision.
