Responsibilities
• Act as liaison between Inpria manufacturing team and professional contract agencies• Perform maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of equipment• Coordinate with maintenance team on equipment downtime• Investigate system performance and predict failure• Install, replace, and modify fluid recirculation systems• Analyze sensor data to determine root cause of failures• Perform equipment testing and qualification• Design retrofits to equipment for corrective and preventive actions• Improve existing systems for safety, quality, and throughput• Manage equipment specifications, maintenance events, and changes
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering• 0-2 years of experience• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and web-based platforms• Good chemical hygiene and safe laboratory practices• Organized, proactive, enthusiastic, flexible, and quality-minded• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment• Preference given to candidates with mechanical engineering or chemical processing experience• Active and effective communication skills, verbal and written
