Our client is a global manufacturing leader of products used by consumers everywhere.  They believe in providing a work atmosphere that is challenging, united, diverse and can anticipate their customers' needs.  They are in need of an Environmental, Health, and Safety Specialist to join their team. As Environmental, Health, and Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for: Coordinating daily EHS issuesMaintaining OSHA and EPA compliance and conducting plant auditsCompleting accident investigations and reportingTraining employeesEnsuring plant safetyManaging hazardous wasteMaintaining any necessary documentationTo be considered for the Environmental, Health, and Safety Specialist you must have:
A positive attitudeand be a team playerA four year degree and 3+ years of previous EHS experience in manufacturing is highly preferred, but experience will be consideredKnowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT requirementsExcellent communication skillsKey skills:  Environmental, Safety, Manufacturing
