We are looking for a highly motivated and collaborative entry-level engineer with experience or interest in roadway and transportation engineering to work on challenging projects in urban and rural roadways, multimodal paths, and larger highways/interchanges.
As a member of our roadway team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of transportation-related projects and work alongside experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality results. You will be responsible for providing basic project design through CAD drafting, performing research and writing technical reports, and traveling to job sites for observation, as needed.

Qualifications You are passionate about: Working collaboratively with others. Having ownership in the work you do. Using your talents to positively affect communities. You bring to the team: Strong communication skills. Ability to contribute and work well with a team. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Ability to obtain Engineer Intern (EI) certificate within 6 months of employment. 0-4 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with MicroStation and AutoCAD Civil 3D, a plus.
