Working with Mad City, the Entry Level Sales team is trained in our world-class sales and negotation tactics to provide the best experience and most information to potential customers. This role has direct growth paths into management or additional sales roles. 
The Responsibilities Generate new business by building rapport with potential customers Partner with our Sales teams to build opportunities to grow our customer base Schedule free in-home estimates with homeowners The Qualifications Highly developed communication skills Have a desire to WIN Proven customer service experience Customer first driven mentality Self-motivated, discipline, and career oriented Have a proven track record working independently while following successful systems and processes Naturally outgoing individual who thrives in human interaction Proficient with technology The Compensation Competetive Base Pay plus uncapped commission and bonuses Total compensation potential: $70,000 - $130,000+/yr Eligible for $2,000 sign on bonus The Benefits Certified Great Place to Work Stability- We are growing and expanding with no plans to slow down!
