Responsibilities
• General facility clean up including picking up slabs, sticks, sawdust, chips, and other wood debris off lower mill floors• Assist with blow down and dust mitigation• Apply good housekeeping standards to work area• Maintain a safe working environment and comply with all safety policies and procedures
Requirements
• Must be 18 years of age and able to pass a drug screen and background check• Completion of high-school or equivalent preferred but not required• Sawmill experience preferred but not required• Must be able to safely work at a moderate to fast pace• Lifting is 20-30 pounds on a continuous basis• Must be willing to learn new skills• Be a team player and self-starter• Must be willing to work day or night shift
