The position requires the person to: Review incoming Life/Health/Annuity application submissions for accuracy and completeness based on state specific requirements Prioritize, organize, and key policy data into multiple systems and prepare the physical file for underwriting in a timely manner Assist our agents with application submissions by delivering high quality customer service Effectively communicate (both verbal and written forms) with our agents, policyholders, and associates Develop working knowledge of Life application submissions, policy features, coverages, and procedures Contribute to the team through technical skills and knowledge, process improvement ideas, and serve as a training resource to others Desired Skills & Experience Two years of direct professional office experience preferred. Bachelor's Degree or above is overqualified for this role.
