POSITION SUMMARY
Data Analyst executes repeatable processes with meticulous attention to detail. Collect data, enter, and manage data within the corporate framework. Communicate information on applicable objectives. This position ensures data integrity, consistency, and accuracy. The Data Analyst actively contributes to maintaining the highest standards in operational efficiency and reliability.

Perform audits as needed to ensure the company metrics are being met.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Execute a variety of data for document preventative maintenance tasks.
Gather data, clean and model data, interpret the output of data and present the data gathered as requested.
Identify and correct data errors, inconsistencies and outliers.
Use problem solving and critical thinking skills to identify, define and solve data-related problems.
Follow data governance and security policies and standards in order to protect the data confidentiality and compliance with company, client, federal and international guidelines.
Support team members with producing and analyzing various reports and with Data in day-to-day activities.
Develop, publish and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
Support cross-functional projects that implement Data structures for business functionalities and reporting.
Evaluate and compare data sources, methods and solutions and utilize the appropriate and effective methods for the task at hand.
Other projects or duties as assigned by Management.
Maintain accurate and organized directories and files applicable.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to work overtime (as required) to support corporate needs.
Must be able to lift up to 40lbs. and stand and/or sit for long periods of time.
Minimum of an Intermediate knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office.

(Specifically, Microsoft Word, Excel and Access)
Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to adapt to changing data requirement expectations and adjust the analysis approach accordingly.
