Believe in nice.Pay: Entry Level Technician $20-$23 per hour, depending on experience.PTO: We are proud to offer some of the most competitive PTO compensation in the industry. All regular full-time employees receive paid time off, in compliance with state sick leave requirements, according to the following schedule:0 – 2 years of service = 4 hours earned per pay period.2 – 5 years of service = 6 hours earned per pay period.5 – 10 years of service = 7 hours earned per pay period.10 – 20 years of service = 8 hours earned per pay period.20 + years of service = 9 hours earned per pay period.Part-Time Employees- Will accrue PTO at an hourly rate of .046 regardless of tenure.Benefits: Hannah Motor Company offers a variety of health insurance benefit options for employees and their families. Additionally, the Company offers a competitive 401k plan to assist employees with future retirement and financial planning.Paid Holidays: Hannah Motor Company offers 5 paid holidays per year to Technicians subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy.Technician Specific Advantages* Shop equipped with the newest technology and equipmentWork environment OSHA certified to current Air Quality StandardsHighly productive shopCareer advancement opportunities, promote from withinContinued education, ASE/manufacturer hands on and web based trainingClean and professional work environmentApprenticeship programCompetitive wagesResponsibilities * Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.Sells lubrication, safety inspection, and other related services.Inspects vehicle fluid levels, replenishes as necessary.Checks tire pressure and adds air if needed.Saves and tags parts of the job if under warranty or if requested by the customer.Examines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended.Communicates with service advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time.Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order.Road tests vehicles.Participates in manufacturer-sponsored training programs, schools, and events.Keeps abreast of manufacturer technical bulletins.Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.Qualifications* Experience a plus, but will trainAbility to speak, read and write English.
