Your success in this role not only fuels SchoolMint's growth but ensures the resilience of our educational communities.What You Will Do:Develop and execute detailed territory plans to achieve goals and quotas.Educate the market on the critical need for proactive student recruitment and enrollment, a burgeoning space within district strategies.Drive new business through strategic engagement, from cold and warm outreach to exemplary presentations of our Strategic Enrollment Management solutions.Nurture relationships with decision-makers in the nation's largest districts, leveraging these connections for mutual growth and success.About You:Possess a Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of B2B SaaS or EdTech sales experience, preferably with a successful track record in large account sales.A master of time management, communication, and presentation, with a strong preference for proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM from day one.Ready to travel 30-40% of the time to engage directly with your territory.A team player, inspired by metrics and driven to contribute to SchoolMint's success and culture.Some Awesome Perks:Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceEmployee Paid Life Insurance, Short Term & Long Term DisabilityPTO, Sick Days, Birthday Floating Holiday, Wellness Floating Holidays, Volunteer Days, Company Observed Holidays, and Winter Recess401(K) (with a 90-day waiting period)Professional DevelopmentFlexible Spending Account (FSA) and Dependent Care Account (DCA)Educational Assistance Program
