Enrollment Specialist

As an Enrollment Specialist, you will be r esponsible for providing an array of intake, eligibility, orientation, outreach, and case management services across the Southeast Tennessee region.
Successful Elements: Determine WIOA eligibility and accurately complete required documentation for enrollment Support with Title I outreach efforts across the Southeast Tennessee region Build professional one-on-one working relationships with customers to assist in eliminating challenges that are hindrances to obtaining and retaining employment Provide referrals to appropriate community service or social service agencies when needed Maintain organized database of customers and keep detailed documentation of all contacts Provide consistent and comprehensive case management follow-up ensuring that contacts are made as required by specific contract and accommodating customer work schedules Attend local j ob fairs , resource fairs , and partner orientations on program eligibility requirements, services, and JOBS4TN Facilitate program orientation sessions to create a motivating, informative, and supportive transition to program enrollments Other opportunities as available Education and Experience Requirements: Career counseling experience required Ability to prioritize tasks and document visits and contacts Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation Bring your expertise to EDSI where you will be able to live our values every day: Show Up, Smile and Support!
