• Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the Engraving Department• Lead, mentor, and motivate engraving technicians• Schedule and prioritize engraving projects to meet deadlines• Maintain quality control processes for accuracy and consistency• Coordinate routine maintenance for engraving equipment• Develop training programs for engraving technicians• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback• Identify and address issues in the engraving process• Ensure adherence to quality standards
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in supervisory role in manufacturing• In-depth knowledge of engraving techniques, materials, and equipment• Passion for quality and process improvement• Ability to make decisions under pressure and solve problems efficiently• Strong leadership skills and exceptional work ethic
