Responsibilities
• Provide leadership and direction to the engineering and maintenance teams.• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.• Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities.• Monitor and analyze equipment performance data.• Lead and oversee engineering projects.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.• Implement strategies to enhance equipment reliability.• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.• Develop and manage the engineering and maintenance department budget.• Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; master's degree preferred.• 6 years of experience in engineering and maintenance roles within a manufacturing environment, preferably in foam manufacturing for the automotive industry.• Proven experience in project management, budgeting, and team leadership.• Strong knowledge of foam manufacturing processes and equipment.• Familiarity with automotive industry standards and quality requirements.• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.• Bilingual Skills English – Spanish.
