Responsibilities
• Manage and organize executive operations, schedules, and correspondences• Prepare meeting presentations/agendas/notes and lead meetings• Coordinate information between departments and liaise with the team• Review contract requirements and participate in design and construction projects• Research and analyze data to determine problem solutions• Develop and update project and company schedules, estimates, budgets, etc.• Assist staff in preparing technical documents• Monitor project progress and compile reports• Coordinate project records, documents, and vendor contracts• Promote a sense of team amongst staff• Ensure company registrations, certifications, licenses, and dues are up to date• Coordinate project and company-related travel arrangements• Perform other project-related duties as assigned
Requirements
• Associate degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field with 5 years of experience• OR 4-year college degree in Civil Engineering with 2 years of experience• OR entry-level engineering candidate with high potential• Process-oriented and fast-paced worker with advanced proficiency in technology• Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines• Valid driver's license and ability to drive for extended periods
Key Skills Needed
• Strong proficiency in computer use• Fluency in written and spoken English• Leadership and project management skills
