Responsibilities
• Assist engineers with testing, analysis, documentation, and other project activities• Create presentations to communicate test findings using Excel and PowerPoint• Support technology development, innovation, efficiency, and process improvement• Support core processes, procedures, and documentation for efficient project execution• Assist with administrative/clerical work• Support gathering, processing, and reviewing of data• Communicate project status and relevant issues• Build products with attention to detail in assembly specifications• Coordinate with vendors and internal customers
Requirements
• Currently attending a local 2-year college or 4-year university pursuing an Engineering degree• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.7 on a 4.0 scale• Must be a full-time student (12 or more credits) during Fall and Winter semesters• Able to work 20-32 hours during Fall and Winter semesters, up to 40 hours in the summer• Attention to detail and documentation• High level of analytical ability• Strong interpersonal skills• Technical knowledge of mechanical principles• Ability to manage projects and coordinate multiple activities• Commitment to a disciplined approach on projects• Good oral and written skills• Knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint• Knowledge of product design process and/or tooling and manufacturing processes preferred• Prefer student with 2 years availability as Co-Op• Must have right to work in the US and not require current or future sponsorship
