Job Description and Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Analog Mixed-Signal I/O designer to join our High Bandwidth Memory interface design team. Join us to contribute to the design of one of the critical components of the AI systems.
In this role, you will work with our multi-site cross-functional Analog Mixed-Signal design teams to create next generation HBM interfaces. You will collaborate with experts around the world in our leading IP provider company to design best-in-class IP.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
15+ years of experience with high-speed or memory interfaces, including mixed-signal design and off-chip signaling
Experience in designing high-speed I/Os, including, but not limited to, receivers, transmitters, transceivers, CTLE and DFE circuits
Solid understanding of analog principles and designs, (e.g., bandgaps, LDO regulators, current mirrors, DLL/PLLs etc.)
Solid understanding of signal-integrity and power integrity principles
Able to work across a multi-site team to communicate ideas, solve problems, and find solutions to technical challenges
Experience with troubleshooting and debugging memory interfaces

The annual range across the U.S. for this role is between $163,000-245,000.00. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. Synopsys offers comprehensive health, wellness, and financial benefits as part of a
