Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems• Coordinate and oversee contractor work and maintenance projects• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address urgent issues• Implement preventive maintenance programs• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards• Lead a team of dedicated maintenance professionals• Provide exceptional experience for guests and seamless operation of facilities
Requirements
• Proven experience in maintenance role, preferably in hospitality industry• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills• Detail-oriented with focus on quality and efficiency• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
