The position is applicable for design and optimization of inbuilding RAN networks for Ericsson products largely. This is an extraordinary opportunity to engage in the whole process from pre-sales of services and networks to service delivery and acceptance! Here you will focus on executing the design and optimization of services, be accountable for the solution and of the service process and oversee the scripting and integration services. This position will require a leader with the ability to track time, performance and quality according to Ericsson requirements and customer contracts.What you will do:· Responsible for overall solution and RF design· Well versed with iBwave to be able to deliver indoor designs with Ericsson products- including building 3D model, product placement, cabling, labeling, baseband dimensioning etc.· Experience with Ericsson RAN products is preferred.· Experience with design indoor venues of different sizes and types (business office, hospitals, warehouse, factory, stadiums etc)· Familiarity with Ericsson and third-party products to generate BOMs for deployment.· Understand Site Surveys and the Construction process.· Understand sectorization, SINR and Macro interference.· Performance optimization through KPI tuning is preferred.· Drives complex innovation opportunities with meaningful cost savings or add-on sales.· Consultative with an ability to communicate clearly and manage the customer requirements.· Leads delivery for several customer accounts, regions, and markets.· Significant customer interaction to build scopes; and ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and results.· Leads remote engineering teams.The skills you bring:• 6-8 years of experience in RF, 3 years of experience with inbuilding deployments• Expert with iBwave (mandatory)• Demonstrated ability with BSEE/BSCS or applicable experience.
