Responsibilities:The Engagement Manager will be working within the Business Management team in the PlayStation Studios division; responsible for planning and aligning internal communications and events across a network of development Studios and cross-functional teams.PlayStation Studios is a complex organization with dozens of teams and thousands of people, located across three continents. You will be helping the Business Management team understand what is happening across that network, as well as throughout the SIE organization.The role will entail:Content Creation & EditingSupporting the PlayStation Studios Senior Engagement Manager with the internal communications processWorking across a global community of teams to share news and information through internal SIE and PlayStation Studios channelsManaging a calendar of PlayStation Studios editorial content and updatesBriefing and creating relevant internal content and ensuring it has all necessary stakeholder approvalsEmployee Engagement InitiativesOrganize internal events, workshops, and communication streams to boost employee morale, motivation, and overall satisfactionDevelop and implement initiatives that support employee mental health and wellness awarenessDevelop Internal Partner RelationshipsDeveloping the liaison between PlayStation Studios employees and the rest of the SIE business, specifically:Working with SIE Employee networks to increase PlayStation Studios awareness, involvement, and participationAct as an intermediator to help teams manage new business learnings, change management, and internal networkingQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field3+ years of experience in a communications role at a large company, preferably within the entertainment or technology industriesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsAble to write in different voicesStrong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrentlyCan plan ahead, maintaining organized and thorough schedules and calendars with multiple moving partsCan plan, lead, execute, measure, and improve programs#LI-RSG#LI-onsite
