As part of the Power Systems Commercial team, Hybrid Inside Sales Architect and Trainer will lead key Power Systems organizational initiatives, provide back-office technical and commercial support, and develop skills in strategic project pursuit and electrical system design.
Key Tasks & area of Responsibilities
• Participate in BU commercial strategy discussions
• Help lead the implementation of Power Systems commercial objectives and own their continued success
• Work with offer teams to develop training for NSF and external partners
• Become an expert on Power Systems internal processes and workflows (SOC, CPP)
• Develop strong knowledge of SE electrical distribution products/services and quotation tools
• Sharpen commercial and sales skills by working closely with PSA's and NSF on XL projects
• Build competency in overall electrical system design and other complex topics (MV, protection, etc.) Location Preference:
Franklin, TN, Dallas TX, Raleigh NC, Chicago, IL, Boston, MA


Critical key success factors:
• 2-5 years of experience in electrical distribution and/or technical sales
• Highly motivated self-starter with strong personal leadership and communication skills.
• Strong technical background or aptitude to learn technical solutions.
• Willingness to learn new things through on-the-job training and field experience.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Knowledge of Schneider Electric offerings is a plus Who are we looking for? This job might be for you if:

4. Have a basic understanding of SE's Energy Management offerings
