This role entails conducting rapid and comprehensive assessments, prioritizing interventions based on patients' mental health status, and administering appropriate treatments in alignment with established protocols. Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, the ER Behavioral Health Nurse will contribute to the development and execution of personalized care plans. Moreover, the Nurse will offer patient and family education, maintain meticulous documentation, and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
This organization is seeking an active NM Licensed Registered Nurse or Compact RN License with at least 2 years experience.
