Maintain records of all parts repaired and what the fault and resolution for the repair of the material. Assist personnel in supplying repaired material for manufacturing and/or service needs. Assist department personnel in accomplishing team goals and projects by performing assigned task. Frequent internal communication within field service support and manufacturing. Responsible for upholding the principles of confidentiality as they relate to this position. Trouble shooting knowledge and experience. Able to follow directions for disassembly and assembly of products. Assist service with needs with returns. Arrange material in racking for ease of identification and counting. Assist in testing off the shelf material. Help with physical inventory. High school diploma and 2+ years of relevant experience. Able to follow build instructions. Light duty assembly knowledge.
