Job summary
Experienced and skilled Electrical Engineer needed in Crossett, ARResponsible for a wide range of electrical engineering activitiesDegree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or 3 years of electrical high voltage experience in an industrial setting
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Project management for all types of projects• Maintain mill one-line drawing and SKM one line current• Maintain Arc Flash ratings for equipment• Electrical troubleshooting of high voltage equipment• Lead RCA's for electrical failures within the mill and ensure corrective actions are documented• Responsible for mill electrical outages, scope of work, lockout planning, schedule, supervision of work
Requirements
• Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or three (3) years electrical high voltage experience in an industrial setting• Good communication skills• Knowledge of NFPA 70E requirements• Interdisciplinary knowledge or background (mechanical, chemical, instrumentation, controls, electrical, etc.)• Motivation to find and pursue opportunities to improve project competitiveness• Working knowledge and application of VFD's, SKM Model, and HAC analysis• Working knowledge of NFPA 70E, NEC, UL, and CSA
