Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, a Candidate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representation of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
The ideal Candidate must have the ability to read, analyze and interpret common technical publications, specifications, drawings and blueprints. Must have solid knowledge of electrical codes. The Candidate will be involved in every aspect of the project including design, estimating, scheduling, and above all else, ensuring the safety and quality in every aspect.
Education/Experience: 2-5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent customer-relations skills Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust to shifting priorities Ability to lead and organize a job and employees At least 2 years of electrical supervision experience in an Industrial setting Must Possess a valid driver's license or the ability to transport to and from assigned job sites. Able to perform professional installation in an Industrial setting. Duties/Responsibilities: Create an efficient work environment for our technicians through proactive communication and planning. Monitor field technicians to ensure that instructions are followed, deadlines are met, and schedules are maintained. Communicate with project Owners and Owners' Representatives. Organize and procure materials and equipment for projects. Provide technicians with assistance in performing duties as necessary. Establish operating procedures and work standards that will ensure adequate performance and personnel safety. Responsibly manage assigned truck, tools and equipment.
