Your Job Purpose:
As an Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for conducting electrical inspections on various equipment in the field and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. You will review all paperwork related to testing, insulation resistance, continuity, and polarity to ensure accuracy and completeness. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the online commissioning database and ensuring distribution schedules are current. Visual inspections and identifying appropriate tests will also be part of your duties.
Your Job Description:
Conduct electrical inspections on equipment in the field.
Review all paperwork related to testing, insulation resistance, continuity, and polarity for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain the online commissioning database and ensure distribution schedules are up to date.
Perform visual inspections of electrical systems and components.
Identify appropriate tests and verify their accuracy.
Job Requirements:
Familiarity with 600 volts, 480 volts, 277 volts, 208 volts, and 120 volts power distribution systems.
Experience in commissioning electrical systems.
Journeyman license in any state (preferred)
Background in industrial or pharmaceutical environments.
Experience working in factories, mines, paper mills, or similar industrial settings.
Knowledge of automation systems.
Trade qualification with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
