Ehs Manager - Manufacturing, Security, Risk Management

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated EHS Manager to lead our team in creating a safe and secure work environment for our company. The EHS Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of safety and security in the workplace, including training, risk assessment, emergency response, and compliance with government regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement safety systems, policies, and procedures for the workplace. Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards. Train employees on safety procedures and emergency response. Create and maintain accurate records of safety training and incidents. Participate in incident investigations and provide recommendations for corrective action. Develop and maintain relationships with external safety and security stakeholders. Ensure safety and security equipment is maintained and functioning properly. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Safety and Health, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a safety or security role in a manufacturing, beverage, warehouse, or plant setting. Knowledge of ISO, OSHA, and other safety regulations. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience with safety management, SHE, and BCM programs a plus.
