Position Overview:
As an Educational Sales Specialist (ESS), you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base within the continental US, primarily focusing on the West Coast. Collaborating closely with district and school leaders, you'll introduce them to curated content and award-winning products, enhancing student learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve or exceed ambitious sales targets through proactive new business development.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by engaging directly with districts and schools.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' requirements and align them.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and opportunities, ensuring comprehensive pipeline management.
While most account interactions are virtual, occasional travel (up to 10%) for customer meetings and conferences may be required.
Stay abreast of educational needs and trends, and keep updated on products and competitors.
