Position Overview:
As an Educational Sales Coordinator, you'll engage in phone conversations with prospective students and families interested in' offerings. Using a consultative approach, you'll delve deep into understanding each student's unique needs, providing personalized product recommendations to help them achieve their learning goals. Your role will involve facilitating sales and payment transactions, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Details:
Pay: $18/hr to start, with opportunities for promotion to full-time positions based on performance.
Location: Fully Remote (Work from anywhere in the U.S.)
Start Dates/Trainings: Paid virtual training over five weeks, Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm CST.
Qualifications:
Education, teaching, or tutoring experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
High empathy and emotional intelligence.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt in a high-volume phone environment.
Desire to help customers achieve learning outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound call-backs to potential customers.
Facilitate consultative conversations to understand customer needs.
Influence customers to complete purchases and schedule follow-up discussions.
Achieve monthly performance targets.
