SierTeK Ltd. is seeking an Educational Course Scheduler to support an opportunity at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. Please use the following link to apply to this position: Educational Course Scheduler (paycomonline.net) Position Overview Assist academic management staff with planning, organizing, and developing current and long-range scheduling for all formal courses, and manages quotas for the USAFSAM education and training program. will serve as an advisor for USAFSAM data in the Air Force Military Personnel Data system (MilPDS)/Contractor will program, manage, and distribute allocations of funded and unfunded student quotas to MAJCOM and functional training managers for USAFSAM courses through OTA/MilPDS. Will track student registrations for 10 -15 courses/Approve course requests daily/Approve and/or deny requests past registration deadlines/Monitor Waitlists/Create training line numbers (TLN)/Route justifications for late registration (JLR). Will coordinate with other team members with scheduling, org boxes, and Ad Hoc reports. Will monitor business line and voicemails/respond and answer questions when appropriate. Qualifications Must have experience in scheduling and educational course management/Be able to coordinate and interact with internal and external customers/Have knowledge of Blackboard learning management and GeniusSIS student information database systems. 5+ years of experience working as a library aide, library clerk, or library technician. Must possess organizational skills in a digital library environment and a working knowledge of computers utilizing Microsoft Office. Must be able to obtain a NACI (Tier 1) clearance.
