We are seeking an Education Success Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in training educators both in person and virtually, facilitating 1:1 sessions, school-wide trainings, district-wide professional development, and conferences within a designated region. Your primary goal will be to enhance the adoption and activation of courses in K12 classrooms.
Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging educator training and professional development sessions, both in person and virtually, for educators interested in EVERFI's products in your assigned region.
Execute classroom launches for regional and national audiences, ensuring seamless integration and understanding of EVERFI's offerings.
Represent EVERFI at conferences regionally and nationally, providing support and guidance to educators interested in integrating EVERFI's products into their curriculum.
Customize external launch and presentation resources to cater to the specific needs of educator audiences.
Foster strong relationships within the education community, including educators, school administrators, district administrators, and education accelerators, to support the achievement of sponsor goals.
Assist in identifying schools for sponsor events in the region, collaborating closely with internal marketing and revenue teams, as well as external partners, for successful execution.
Document and share compelling anecdotes from students and educators in the classroom with internal account management teams and external partners.
Stay abreast of trends within the K12 system, education technology, and EVERFI's platform and courses, including standards alignment, challenges faced by educators, and implementation best practices nationwide.
Maintain accurate records of activity, including calls, meetings, and notes, in the Customer Relationship Management system, and ensure contact information for educators contacted and visited is up to date.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
2+ years of experience in the education industry or related fields, such as non-profits and technology start-ups.
Enthusiasm for occasional travel (approximately 1-2 times per month, typically 2-3-day trips).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while achieving established goals and KPIs.
Proven ability to work independently and thrive in a remote environment.
Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with clients and educators.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding external presentation skills.
Proficiency with presentation, communication, and collaboration tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, WebEx, Zoom, and others.
Experience with Salesforce.com or other data management systems preferred.
