Position Summary : Sizes raw product to meet customer finished requirements. Monitor raw unloading to ensure safety and quality. Controls line speed via grisnich computer system as directed by supervision. Conducts raw product delivery truck inspections to ensure trucks meet minimum safety standards.
Key Responsibilities: (see req for full list)1.
Conducts raw sampling to ensure proper piece count.

Conducts truck inspections as required.
3.
Controls unloading of trucks and potato storage bins via grisnich computer system.
4.
Ensures all paperwork is legible and properly filled out.
5.
Monitors in-line magnet to ensure product safety.
6.
Monitor flow of potatoes from delivery trucks.
Qualifications: Required to complete certification through the McCain Operator Training Program Have or be able to obtain: McCain Forklift Certification Minimum three months related experience and/or training.
