Represent the store and company as a customer service ambassador to all customers, vendors, and associates of Kroger. Maintain a high level of customer service and relationship skills. Make eye contact with as many customers entering and exiting the store as possible. Smile, acknowledge, greet and thank as many customers entering and exiting the store as possible. Adhere to all standards outlined in the Customer 1st Service Plus Program. Maintain good communication in the store and throughout the organization. Inform the store management of all potential problems, hazards and safety violations that come to your attention. Must be able to perform this job with or without reasonable accommodation.
