YOUR DAY AS AN EARLY CHILDHOOD BEHAVIORAL THERAPIST - RBT As an Early Childhood Behavioral Therapist - RBT at Treetop Therapy, you run behavior plans, track progress, and work with teams to really help kids shine at home and in their communities. You work one-on-one in kids' homes under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, using all the right tools and techniques to boost their learning and behavior skills every day!
Plan to work full-time Monday through Friday
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES? High school diploma or equivalent 1 year of ABA therapy, paraprofessional, childcare, teaching, special needs, or other relative experience with children Experience working with individuals with special needs or disabilities Ability to obtain a CPR/BLS certificate Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Having your RBT license would be awesome but it's not required.
