SEEKING CLASS A ROUTE DELIVERY DRIVERS IN – GRAND PRAIRIE, TX The Class A CDL Driver will be responsible for transporting materials via Class A tractor to and from the Distribution Center hub locations.

This position is based in Grand Prairie, Texas
Prior experience with reefer trailer would be great!
Must be able to drive 10 speed transmission.
Safely operates a tractor trailer truck that transports frozen, cooler and dry cargo to and from various DC and hub locations. Prepares, receives and provides appropriate documentation for the delivery of products. Maintains logs of travel and cargo according to Federal and State DOT and Motor Carrier regulations. Must be able to utilize and understand an on-board computer system (ie PeopleNet). Maintains contact with the Operations department to effectively and professionally communicate any problems or delays. Responsible for the cleanliness and presentation of the vehicle. Also responsible for the removal of trash at the store that was caused by the delivery (shrink wrap, cardboard, pallets) Responsible for reporting any vehicle maintenance or malfunction issues
CDL Class A License Required Must have a valid DOT Medical examination card Must have a clean motor vehicle record (MVR) in accordance with DCP guidelines for hiring. Must have at least 2 years driving back to back experience with a Class A license High School Diploma or equivalent required.
