Ready to take your dog grooming skills to the next level? Woofie's of Leland is looking for experienced groomers to join our team and provide high-quality services to pets in need. 
We offer a sign-on bonus of $1,000 payable after 3 months for Full Time as well as a $400 tool credit based on number of completed grooms. 
Responsibilities: Assess pet condition and obtain service requests by interviewing pet owners and inspecting pet  Groom pets by bathing, brushing, combing, paw pad trimming, de-shedding, de-matting, drying, clipping/filing nails, cleaning ears, and deodorizing according to breed or mixed breed specifications and in accordance with Woofie's standards  Apply special precautions for puppies, aged, and disabled pets to ease pet anxieties and reduce behavioral issues by utilizing available resources and techniques  Protect pets and self by adhering to safety policies and following procedures in the event of a pet medical emergency  Maintain pet records by documenting services and updating information??  Clean, sanitize, and follow the manufacturer's instructions for all equipment while conserving the use of replenishable supplies by adhering to proper portion or dilution level guidelines  Resolve customer issues by communicating directly with clients and promptly following up with the back-office team  Complete clerical, supply, cleaning, and any other tasks as assigned by the Mobile Pet Spa Director or Owners of the Company  Other duties as called upon  Qualifications:? 3+ years of pet grooming experience  Must have a valid driver's license  Excellent customer service experience?is a must  Must be able to work flexible hours including some weekends  Woofie's LLC, an affiliate of Authority Brands Inc., was founded in 2004 and has been franchising since 2018 with locations nationwide.
