Summary
The Document Control Manager is an essential part of Innovative Labs. This role leads the Document Control department in completing a variety of tasks including creation and edits of quality documents, responding to complaints, investigations, updating records, trainings, and audits. This position requires a high level of organization and attention to detail
Job Duties
Create, review, and revise SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to comply with regulations and company certificationsCreate, update and maintain MMR's (Master Manufacturing Record) for all formulas.Keep formulation recordsCreate, approve and revise all formsMaintain various Registers and spreadsheets as assignedUpdate and keep current company Quality Manual and Quality PlansHandle Customer / Product complaints which includes: customer correspondences, tests, findings, investigations, corrective actions, preventative measuresInitiate, investigate and complete CAR's (corrective actions)Ensure internal audits are performed.Conduct recalls and assist with FDA audits.Participates in company management meetings to discuss quality issues and concernsWorks with management in resolving quality issuesAssists in the management of the company HACCP ProgramResponsible for food safetyInterprets quality and implements solutions and improvementsOther related duties as required.Required Skills
