Doctrine Analyst

Apogee Solutions, a Woman-Owned Small Business, is seeking a Doctrine Analyst to support the Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff's (CJCS) in Northern Virginia. Qualified candidates must be a U.S. Citizen with a TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility. The Doctrine Analyst will be responsible for the implementation and sustainment of on-site Universal Joint Task List (UJTL) project management support for organizational and development processes. The CJCS is responsible for providing education and doctrine to the Joint Force and support readiness reporting and training.
The Doctrine Analyst will:
Maintain the Universal Joint Task List (UJTL) database through analysis, staff actions, capturing UJT updates provided by CCMDs, Services, NGB, CSAs, Joint Staff or through doctrine revision by Joint Staff J7. Incorporate proposed UJTL changes and publish the UJTL to dependent systems and processes. Provide Organizational Point of Contact management, training and facilitate the UJTL Users Advisory Group (UUAG). Required Experience
US Citizen with an active DOD TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility Bachelor's Degree with 3 years' experience OR 7 years' warfighting operational experience Demonstrated success in 5 or more of the following technical areas: Subject Matter Expertise in one of the functional areas such as intelligence, logistics, command and control, cyberspace, space, and planning. Experience with fundamental principles which describe and guide proper use of Joint doctrine. Experience with Joint principles relating to the assessment and development of Joint and Multinational doctrine. Experience with the Joint Staff Structure, mission, programs, and organizational relationships. Experience with Joint Staff relationships with Combatant Commands, Services, and DoD Agencies. Experience with Joint and Service Lessons Learned Systems to conduct research and develop reports. Experience with Universal Joint Tasks process and its relationship with Joint Doctrine. Demonstrated strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skill and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
