·Job DescriptionThe Divisional Lending Executive will manage mortgage originations, capture rates, customer satisfaction, and file quality in their geographic footprint. They will serve as the primary relationship manager with the Retail bank, real estate broker and homebuilder partners in their footprint.·Lead a team of Area Lending Managers (ALMs) in their footprint who are assigned to specific retail partnerships and manage teams of Producing Lending Managers (PLMs) and Home Lending Officers (HLOs).·Ability to drive growth through recruitment and retention of sales managers and Home Lending officers in division. Additionally, growth driven through productivity management, including sales activities, inspection routines, and management of minimum standards.·Accountable for developing and executing a Division Sales Strategy, including volume plan, expense plan, quality targets and client experience (NPS); strong, effective, collaborative partnership with Operation partners.·Align with Division Sales leaders across the Retail Bank to drive cross sell opportunities; continually review and refresh the client coverage model to optimize the client experience, drive growth and retention of assets.·Responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of Area Lending Managers (ALMs) and Home Lending Officers by analyzing performance data; communicating andmanaging performanceexpectations; developing action plans with ALMs to drive sales plans and address performance gaps.·Protect our clients and the franchise through a relentless commitment to control and governance built on the highest standard of personal ethics and responsibility.
