Responsibilities
• Provide general office and administrative support• Create reports for management decision making• Maintain filing system and archive items• Cooperate and interact effectively with others• Proactively identify and report irregularities• Conduct training and cross-training• Serve as backup assistant when needed• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of data• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently
Requirements
• High School Diploma / GED required• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience• Associate's Degree preferred• Ability to prioritize and work under strict deadlines• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures• Analytical and problem-solving skills• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
