You will bring your experience in multi-unit management tomotivate, navigate and be the sounding board for Store Managers, business partners, and sales drivers. As a District Manager you will be responsible for building the retail business strategy and setting direction for the store teams. You will oversee 10 stores in the Eastern Pennsylvania region.The daily responsibilities for this role will include, P&L monitoring, recording, directing revenue and spending. This will require you to be a forward thinker by identifying opportunities for improvement in the store region; designs and implements training, policies, goals, and other resources to maximize productivity and morale. You must maintain knowledge of market, competition, and best practices and trends in sales techniques and strategies.
