As a dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating drivers and customers along routes or to appointments. Working closely with our operations teams, you will uphold safety standards, ensure efficient service delivery, and provide outstanding customer support. Responsibilities include:
Coordinate drivers for daily operations, ensuring optimal route coverage.
Maintain adherence to safety procedures and regulations in the field.
Communicate information clearly and efficiently via direct connect radio or phone.
Accurately update logs and complete required documentation.
Keep the operations team informed of updates and challenges.
Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or related field required. Also must have demonstrated strong communication skills, both verbal and written, ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
