As a dishwasher/porter you will be tasked with replenishing items, helping to unload supplies
from deliveries and preparing cooking sites. An important function in this role is ensuring a
kitchen's compliance with all food procedures and safety regulations. Success in this position
will be exhibited by prioritizing tasks that significantly impact customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:? Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans and place in proper storage area
? Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand
trucks
? Clean garbage cans with water and bleach
? Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition
? Supports other staff members when needed
? Stows away and polishes dishes, cutlery and cookware
? Maintains chemical levels and temperatures to comply with safety measures
? Transfers equipment and supplies from storage to work area
Qualifications:? Ability to execute assigned tasks with precision and speed
? Effective communication skills
? Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
? Prior work experience in kitchen or cleaning roles
? Excellent time management skills
? Able to stand and move for long periods
