DAY-TO-DAY In this role, you'll work flexible hours, typically wrapping up by 3:30 pm as we close at 3:00 pm, giving you free afternoons. Please note that weekends are required as part of our standard schedule. You'll juggle dishwashing and prep cooking tasks, from measuring ingredients to washing dishes efficiently. Keeping ingredients labeled, stored, and the prep area clean and orderly will be key to your success.
In the hospitality industry, flexibility is key. While we may not always need every team member to work every weekend or both weekend days, having an open availability on weekends greatly enhances our ability to ensure excellent service and maintain operational efficiency.
