Our direct client is looking for Program Manager dedicated to ensuring the resilience and continuity of operations in the face of unforeseen disasters.

Key Responsibilities:
• Disaster Recovery Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery plans, including risk assessments, continuity strategies, and response procedures.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, conducting risk assessments to evaluate their impact on business operations.
• Disaster Recovery Testing: Plan, execute, and evaluate regular disaster recovery exercises to validate the effectiveness of recovery plans and make necessary adjustments.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in disaster recovery and business continuity planning including:
o Experience in coordinating and leading disaster recovery exercises and response efforts.
o Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining comprehensive disaster recovery plans.
o Strong knowledge of disaster recovery methodologies, tools, and technologies.
• 7+ years of project management experience, may be inclusive of the above.
