Growth Ventures, building on this foundation and in partnership with other businesses including Investment Management, Asset Servicing, and Pershing, is bringing to market a new software-led, API-first solution for the alternative investment and wealth management ecosystems. The new business will leverage, connect and enhance existing strengths while also developing market-first solutions that provide a one-of-a-kind experience for partners and clients. The market being targeted is measured in trillions of dollars with revenue pools in billions, yet it is generally considered a nascent space on the precipice of growth. And while we are building from a robust foundation and position of strength, this is very much an entrepreneurial opportunity to innovate and create new products, new solutions, and a new business.Investment Management is investing in Distribution as an Enterprise-wide platform that enables both our affiliated investment managers and select external investment partners that complement our existing suite of products and strategies. We are extending our curated menu of available investment solutions to include partners that bring high-quality, innovative, and best-in-class alternative investing strategies across private markets and hedge funds. This expansion builds on our existing enterprise relationships with these leading and emerging alternative asset managers, as well as our already extensive global distribution footprint. In partnership, Growth Ventures and the Distribution Platform teams are bringing to market a new software-led business to deliver solutions to the alternative investment and wealth ecosystem. The new business will leverage, connect, and enhance existing capabilities from across BNY Mellon while also developing a number of new products and features. In doing so, these solutions will deliver a one-of-a-kind, integrated, and end-to-end client experience. The specific markets being targeted are measured in trillions of dollars and with revenue pools measured in billions – yet they are generally viewed as nascent and on the precipice of accelerating growth.  Key Role Responsibilities:The Solution Train Engineer (STE) possess a systems view of the entire development planning and delivery process. They perform work at the solution level (highest level) which includes the coordination of multiple release trains to ensure simultaneous operation in a highly complex environment and the original intent and the delivery scope are in alignmentLarge solution level PI Planning Preparation to ensure all inputs are accounted for and all stakeholders are in alignment.Update the solution vision and roadmap, backlog preparation, discovery of external dependencies, and ensure participationLarge Solution level PI Planning Hosting to ensure business context is understood. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $175,000 and $215,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
